Brentford Fight Back Late to Earn Dramatic 2-2 Draw Against Crystal Palace

 

Brentford produced a spirited late comeback to rescue a dramatic 2-2 draw against Crystal Palace in an entertaining Premier League encounter filled with VAR controversy, missed chances, late pressure, and end-to-end football.

The match at the Gtech Community Stadium delivered excitement from the opening minutes until the final whistle, with Crystal Palace twice taking the lead before Brentford battled back to earn a valuable point in front of their home supporters.

Crystal Palace made the brighter start and nearly won a penalty inside the opening two minutes after Ismaila Sarr went down inside the area under a challenge from a defender.
